Not just this visit, I have always been treated kindly and respectfully. DR. Ramos and any provider I have dealt with always takes time with me and listens to me. I appreciate this group very much.

The staff was attentive and friendly from the front desk to the clinic. The extra effort by the nurse to peek into my exam room to let me know she was on her way to perform my EKG was a measure of a level of care for people they seemed to genuinely possess. The PA listened intently and was thorough.

as soon as I walked in the front door, I was treated with kindness and respect following my visit with my doctor. He was extremely helpful, respectful and listen to what I had to say so glad I decided to come here for my healthcare.

What is most important to me were the listening skills. Mr. Hutton asked questions to help remember remember my specific situation. It was an excellent visit. I felt comfortable explaining my situation. The whole visit with NOVANT CARE staff was impeccable. Thank you Novant CARE!

I was hesitant to see the PA, Dr Hutton since my PCP had no appointments available. However, he was great and very thorough. My dad was very surprisingly satisfied with Dr. Charles.

I was so happy with the expedience of my appointment with regard to scheduling but also when I arrived and was seen I was given ample time to discuss my issues and had labs and was still out in just over an hour. Incredible. I’m very happy to use Novant for all my specialties.

Doctor hutton was very thorough and very nice. He did answer a couple of questions that I had and I felt very happy with His knowledge And the manner in which he treated me as a patient.
