Everyone I encountered was very helpful and professional and very pleasant. When I left I thought that I WAS very grateful TO HAVE SUCH A CARING MEDICAL team.

Although I was called to the exam room at my appointment time, I then had to wait 15-20 minutes to see the PA. In the meantime, I could hear several people talking and laughing down the hall. As soon as that conversation stopped, the PA came to see me. I feel as though they were wasting my time with a personal conversation. In addition, the PA did not seem to know anything about me or my concerns. I had to explain everything and had to do that more than once because she clearly was not truly listening.

First time I saw this PA.. she was very thorough answered my concerns..would see her again
