Dr. Greif and all the staff we encountered were kind, considerate, compassionate, and professional. We were not hurried or treated indifferently as is sometimes the case with some practices. Novant Heart & Vascular Institute has no equal in Charlotte, based on this experience!

Other than waiting a month for this appt, that I felt should have accelerated due what I thought was kind of serious, Doctor Greif was very competent.

From reception to nurses to doctors, this practice is staffed by friendly and warm people. Usually they are on time and efficient. Everyone treats me kindly and they listen well. This was a first visit with Dr Greif who was excellent. She was clearly very knowledgeable yet could explain things in a manner so as to be understood by a non medical professional. She answered all our questions and we made a plan on where to go from here. She presented as trustworthy and confident in her skills. I was very pleased.

My experience at my first Afib appoint- ment left me feeling extremely angry because I felt the appointment had no concerns about me as a person just facing this diagnosis. I immediately requested Dr.Shana Grief, and I am So glad I did. She went over my heart monitor results turning the computer so my husband & I could see. We were allowed to ask questions at appropriate Intervals. She went over my heart meds explaining their purpose for my Afib. She advised me take my meds each day on schedule. She asked if we had any questions and I asked her the ones that had written & my husband asked his question. She answered our questions. She reminded me contact her if I had questions or concerns. My next visit will be in 3 months, and I will have an Echocardiogram on 9-27-24 @ 10 am . NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE IS AN A.+++DOCTOR!
