Great experience

With the exception that it took 6+ months for my cube pessary to arrive (originally told 4-6 weeks), A+ for treatment by Dr. B. and staff! C- for lack of communication about the pessary delay.

He let me know everything going on. He answered all my questions.

Excellent, caring & efficient service. Very happy I found Dr. Bodenheimer.

Dr. Bodenheimer was wonderful! He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and compassionate in helping me determine a course of action. I was given a feeling of peace and confidence in the treatment plan, and am extremely grateful that his help was available to me.

I was nervous about my visit as I had a bad experience at an OB/GYN in another city last year. Dr. Bodenheimer and his nurse were so professional and personable. They immediately made me feel at ease. Dr. Bodenheimer listened attentively and spent all the time I needed to feel comfortable with the plan of care we discussed. I never once felt rushed. Best experience I have had in a very long time.

Dr. Bodenheimer is very empathetic and asked me many questions to get me talking. I'm an introvert, so telling docs anything is tough for me. He seemed to understand that and asked open ended questions to get me talking. Wish more docs did this.

Overall great experience. Tracy, Kendra, and Dr.Bodenhimer were quick informative and seemed very compassionate about patient care.

Doctor Bodenheimer is so congenial. He makes me feel so comfortable. Even though he only sees me once a year, he talks to me like I’m someone and not just a 15 minute appointment.

First visit in this location & to this doctor; I was a tad nervous. Dr. B was patient & had an excellent bedside manner; responded to all of my inquiries. Staff was warm & attentive, as well. Happy to return.

My PCP referred me to this ob/gyn group last year when I was having an issue. At the time, Dr. Bodenheimer was the first available. How lucky for me! His treatment plan resolved the issue and this most recent appointment was routine. He is professional and personable. He listens attentively and encourages me to participate in making decisions about my care. I am very comfortable with him and his medical advice. I highly recommend him.

Wish they would return calls or respond to my chart messages more promptly. I shouldn’t have to call every few hours to see if there’s been an update from my provider.
