All was great until I had to step on the scale.

First visit with Dr. Patel he made me feel very confident that we had a valid reasonable approach to solving the problem.

I made this appointment the same day. I had just arrived back in town with a painful ear infection. I was very grateful to get an appointment so quickly. I had never seen Dr. Patel before, but I was very pleased.

I was real nervous about changing Dr’s with Dr Braodbent retiring.. But Dr.Patel hung in there with me and has gone above and beyond to make me feel good about the change.. He’s great Dr and really cares about the my health!! Everyone there has a bunch of patients to deal with me ,and all the other crazy people that come in there.

My appointment was on Friday, 19 July 2024. This was the day of mass computer problems with many places affected in one way or another. Everyone I interacted with was very patient and helpful, and even though they had no control over the problem, very apologetic. The office had managed to get a couple of computers up and everyone was doing the best they could to minimize confusion and wait times. I was impressed with how well everyone worked together to get through a very challenging event. Aside from this event, this is my second time seeing Dr Patel and I really enjoy seeing him. He is extremely thorough, friendly, and professional.
