This was my first experience at Novant Health Gynecology. I called that morning with a health concern and was hoping I could be seen asap. They were able to squeeze me in right away with Beth Holthusen. Honestly it's the first time I've really felt seen and heard by a Healthcare provider. She was understanding and kind and addressed my concerns. I was able to get through the process with little anxiety and that's saying a lot for me. It was a positive experience and I already have a future appointment scheduled. The staff there are wonderful as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend to family and friends.

Great experience. I was out the door 30 minutes after my appointment time. They were right on time which is something I really appreciate. No problems today and I was told what to do if certain things happened.

Good as a regular gyn visit can be. Ms. Holthusin was thorough and helpful with advice. She knew and asked me about several recent procedures I’ve had.

Dr. Holthouser was very focused on me and my health issues. She took time to talk to me. She is very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I have been under her care for many years and she has always been like this. Her nurse and the receptionists were tops also.

Beth is so kind and interested in me personally. She doesn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed. Insurance handcuffs what can be done during a visit and I don’t like that but it’s part of our time in life.

I was warmly and welcomed at the front desk, with grace and friendliness. The person who took my vital signs and initial history listened very well and provided excellent instructions. Beth Holthusen provided superb care , as usual. She even listened to my lungs when she heard I had a cough. I love her explanations and suggestions. They are tailored to me and very practical. Her manner encourages me that I can follow through. The receptionist who assisted me with checkout did so very professionally, with some appropriate humor. He contributed to my wanting to come back to this office, where they do such a good job of taking care of us.

I had an amazing experience at my annual exam. I am someone who is nervous going to a gynecological visit, but Beth put me at ease.

Beth Holthusen and her staff has been my gynecolgist and my daughters as well for 6 years and she has always taken excellent care of us. She went out of her way to explain the medication my oncologist would be putting me on and had followed my surgery in depth since diagnosed with breast cancer. She and her team are amazing i feel lucky to have her as my caretaker.

I want this doctor to care for me as long as I need GYN.
