Dr. Causey and the Novant staff were a refreshing and welcome surprise

Dr. Causey was extremely patient and he made sure to repeat things several times to me because of my hearing loss. Best doctor I’ve ever had. Very through.

I really appreciate the time Dr Causey spent with me and he answered all my questions following my ER visit. He offered suggestions for treatment and ordered more labs and set up a return visit for me to go over labs work and possibly other treatment plans. For that I am grateful to him--my daughter and I both were very impressed with Dr Causey!

Staff was very friendly and helpful hardly no wait time to see doctor Causey.he was very nice and friendly and up to date on me as a patient.He is a very knowledgeable doctor and a good doctor. If it had not been for Dr Causey about a year ago or a little longer I would not be here today.

I was respected, I was listened to. Dr. Causey was concerned about my health and wanted to get me the Doctor Who will be able to care for health problems. I would like to make Novant health my primary care.

Dr causey and staff were top notch and took the time to listen to what my concerns were.

Needed care for high blood pressure, staff listened and noted my problem for some help and medication.

Dr. Causey was personable and what was reassuring was that he actually reviewed previous scans, x rays and ultrasound results which could have a direct bearing on my care. I appreciated that. I hope future visits will continue in that same direction.
