I love Jamie Stepp

Ms Stepp is excellent at what she does. She doesn't rush you and considers all aspects of your care. Her knowledge base is excellent and also provided excellent guidance for me. Highly recommend her. I was lucky to get her as my neurologist memory care specialist.

Jaime listened to my concerns and didn't rush me through the appointment. She helped me with my oxygen problem.

Jamie Stepp is a wonderful care provider. She will throughly review my records with me to see if there is anything that was missed medication wise. She actively listens to my concerns and tries to come up with solutions. I feel comfortable talking with Jamie about my medical issues. I have been a patient at this practice for over three and a half years. It is an excellent facility for those with migraine disease. Dr. Megan Donnelly and her staff are by far the best I have been treated by since I was diagnosed with migraines. I have been to practices all over the country, including the Diamond Headache Clinic; Novant Neurology and Headache far surpasses all. Dr. Donnelly and Jamie will treat you as a person, an individual as opposed to a dollar sign.

Have recommended Jamie Stepp to other family and friends. She listens and shows respect. She not condescending when dealing with me. She tries to understand my situation and what I'm dealing with. She speaks candid and honestly it appears. She's optimistic about my situation and what I'm coping with. I'm truly hoping she is providing me with the latest treatment for improvement with my care. She has been very thorough and quick to address new symptoms I have developed.

The " Crown Experience" is always the way to go in providing health care. It is important to trust your health care provider, trust that the provider has your best interest at heart, is transparent and is an active listener. This provider made me feel this way.

The PA this time was very personable. The 2 previous providers that we saw very curt and rude.
