While I was waiting to be seen, another patient had a medical emergency. Two staff members came in at different times to keep me informed of the delay. They also asked if I wanted anything to drink. The delay was not too long, but when Dr. Charles came in, he spent time with me and I did not feel like I was being rushed so he could get to his next patient. I appreciated his staff keeping me informed of the reason for the delay and for him not rushing through my appointment because he was behind in his schedule.

Dr. Charles Agbemabiese was very thorough with his communications and the steps that was needed for my care. Very compassionate and humble. His assistant Lorrie was the same with her listening and having understanding and compassion. Definitely recommended Dr. Charles and his staff at Novant Health Cancer institute!!

The care here is always excellent. Everyone,— the doctors, the nurse practitioners the nurses, the phlebotomist, the CNA‘s, everyone is very friendly, very courteous, very knowledgeable, and always encouraging.

Good to know I have health care staff having great knowledge making me feel I will get stronger. Love them all

Dr Charlies office workers are very pleasant, the nurse is a amazing cheerful, always happy and she truly care. My daughter past way January 2nd of this year. I was having a very bad day she did not rush me and helped to calm me down before she moved on. She is always a joy. Dr Charles is very carring, very intelligent in his field I trust him 100%. He always says before leaving the room to please not hassate to contact them if anything change.

Everyone was extremely kind and helped me greatly ,thanks to all that was involved with my visit

Dr. Charles is very professional at all times and very understanding. He listens well and answers all questions. I would certainly recommend him and his staff to friends and family. The nurses became like family to me and made my experience with chemo a lot more bearable. I am very thankful for Novant Cancer Center in Thomasville.

I drive 1 1/2 hours to see Dr. Charles because the care I have gotten in Thomasville both at the physician offices and the hospital has been exceptional. Everyone has been so nice and concerned for me.

DR Charles is the greatest

I know that the Doctor cared.That is something you don't see much this day and time.

Dr. Charles is nice and friendly. However it is clear after being his patient now for over 2 years that he can't figure out how to treat my issue and has no desire to try harder. He is content to just "wait and see" and it feels like every visit is a waste of time as my condition worsens. I am frustrated. Often I come to appointments and he asks questions that he should know the answer to and it feels like we are starting all over. It is very frustrating that he does not read up before he sees me, or understand what is and is not in my chart. My last appointment he didn't even have my diagnosis correct. His nursing and lab staff are excellent. He's a nice man and I am sure a compassionate doctor for most folks but for complicated cases such as mine, it isn't as good of a fit. It feels like he just wants to treat the normal things and not mess with more complicated patients. Meanwhile I'm left hanging and waiting for care that never really materializes.

All there make me feel glad that I have them and not others. They are you all wonderful

I was nervous when I arrived but the staff made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Dr Charles explained my x-rays and condition to me very well. He answered all my questions.

The experience was great Dr Charles and his staff was awesome. They were really helpful and great caregivers. Everytime I go they have been awesome and really care about their patients. Dr Charles is awesome also he is great and I trust his judgment with my care and highly recommended them to everyone.
