Dr. Smart has been the best in deciding a treatment plan for me. He has always taken time to listen to my concern and well being. The staff has always displayed professionalism and care. Even when I've not been as easy to deal with. My first visit was a little bit of a mixup and I was annoyed. The person taking my breathing test, despite my annoyance, treated me with the most generous respect; that I could not help but change my temperament. I'm always happy to go to my visit, knowing I'm going to be treated with The Best of Care from everyone!

Soon as Dr. Smart came in the room where I was, he knew what was wrong with me. By the way I sound and he took very good care of me in my situation and now I am ready to go back to work.

Felt informed of health issues and a plan to help me

I had an 1130 appt and the doctor was backed up. There was a woman creating a stink demanding she get taken as it was an emergency. The receptionist explained they squeezed her in. She demanded to be next, cutting in front of me and blocking entrance when nurse called my name. They begrudgingly took her back and the receptionist apologized to me. It was an inconvenience for me because I needed to get to work and didn't leave the office till 1pm.

Dr. Smart is the “Best “ . He listens to patients and does the best he can to keep his patients healthy and informed. I couldn’t want a better person or doctor to take care of my health issues!!!
