I cannot say enough about NLPC. They have cared for my family for 28 years. I have two adult children with special needs and they always work with us on giving them the best care possible. They are not only professional, but also talk to us on a personal level. Gina is thorough no matter what is going on that day. She treats me as though I was her only patient. She and the others are quick to respond to messages and concerns. We are fortunate to have them care for us!

It?s really difficult to get the care I need with my insurance. It?s been causing a lot of stress and misleading information between Gina and myself. The visit was to check all the boxes for the prescription zepbound. I was denied again

It was my first visit as a patient and I was not nervous like I have been in the past. I felt that the staff was very thorough in their questioning and even apologized for the number of questions. I told them that I would rather have a lot of questions asked then none at all because they have to get to know the patient. I didn't feel like a statistic, but as a person.

the provider is not very personable. the basics were done but very scripted and computer oriented. I do not feel comfortable talking/sharing. I don't have any major issues so its not a huge concern but I may change providers for the next visit, probably within same practice if I can because overall the service there is pretty good. Just thinking maybe another provider would be a better fit.
