All the staff at this facility have been great. EXCEPT Jillian. Jillian came in and asked me if I had gotten results because she couldn't read the results in the system. I had waited MONTHS to hear anything back about my biopsy results and I never did. In office she then tells me she can't read them. She didn't look at the reason why i was there before walking in the room and then printed out a copy of the results and said " see look, its small....you can read abnormalities present but then you cant read the rest, hahaha". After reading the abnormalities statement she proceeded to laugh. As someone who has been through an emotional rollercoaster awaiting these results it was extremely insensitive on her part to laugh. She also didn't explain the results adequately and was all over the place when I asked questions. You could tell she wasn't prepared for my appt at all. I would never refer her to anyone.
