The provider shared information clearly. However, I did not feel provider the provider listened to me very closely. She did not adjust her recommendation based on the issues I tried to share with her. Unfortunately, during this appointment I learned that discussing issues of weight and dieting is a sensitive topic for me.

I understand the process and happy of the team. I trust the process, and l would tell anyone. Thank You All the Team Family ?

Outstanding customer service

Amy is so lovely and I have not had a bad experience with anyone at any of the Bariatric Solutions offices I?ve been to. I am so thankful that an office like this exists and gives such caring and supportive individualistic options to anyone at whatever size and wherever they are on their weight journey. I?ve never been told that what I think or what I felt was ?wrong?. They definitely meet you where you are and find the best way to assist you in your own personal development. They all clearly just want to help you be the best YOU you can be. I said early on that numbers really weren?t my goal, so they never made too big a deal about the numbers. They matter for sure, but for me it was more about how I feel. And a year after surgery, I definitely feel better. I am so appreciative that they didn?t just go, okay you had surgery, now go! Because I am definitely still needing help and guidance through the rest of my process. And I definitely couldn?t have gotten here without their help. Amy gets it, she?s down to earth and like we said at my visit (both with Amy and the nurse) ?Sometimes life really be lifein??! If anyone in this company deserves the shout outs and praise. It?s these unsung heroes of healthcare!
