David is very good with me. He understands my difficulties and takes the extra time to accommodate them. I am under Dr. Hefner's primary care and David see me in between times when I need him too. Together they are a great team and I feel most comfortable knowing they are both on my case so there is a natural balance in my care. I have been with Novant and under Hefner's care for 25 years.
