I was very happy with my first visit, from welcome to departure.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My provider listened and at no point did I feel rushed. This was a top notch medical care experience.

This was my first visit with Sarah Gordon. I felt she heard and addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. Within 24 hours I had tests and a diagnosis. She even posted on My Chart and prescribed medication early in the morning of her day off. I highly recommend her.

when i arrived at my appointment i was informed that it was not my annual physical. in retrospect, i realized that when i was booking my appt through the online app it didn't ask what i was going in for or provide me options about what type of appt i was booking. i didn't realize it was rebooking (without asking me) a previous "follow-up" appt that i had canceled because i ended up not needing that follow-up. i think the app should ask what the reason is for your visit to confirm that.

Explain all results from test not just what pertains to symptoms. Explain what all findings mean and if any changes are needed if lifestyle or medication.

This wasn’t the usual care I get from providers at Novant. There weren’t clarifying questions to help find the cause of the problem. I left feeling like I had no answers as to what was wrong or how to fix my health issue. I am used to having open conversations and getting support from the care provider to determine what the root of the problem is and a plan of care to get well.
