I like going to see Doctor Small Stokes because I feel she always answer and questions I night and is very caring about my health. The staff is very nice.

Dr Small-Stokes is always open and honest with any questions I have about my health. She gives me answers that I understand and that I can follow through without any issues.

The phone system here is very bad!!!!! Need to fix it! Try calling for 2 days, and didn't get through. Had to get in my car to get help, and that's not good at all!

A good first visit.

The nurse was very professional and thorough. She made notes in my file that the doctor was able to address during my annual exam. The doctor was considerate in my need to answer a call from my husband who was sick when I left for my appt. She told me to go ahead and take the call but go out to the entrance of the office to get better reception while she went to see another patient and come back to me. When I returned Dr. Smallstokes came in and we continued our conversation. I thought that was compassionate and thoughtful to allow me to take my call. She worked with me in my time of need and I appreciated that. She continued our conversation about my sleep concerns and encouraged an opportunity to follow through with her advice to follow steps in exploring a solution for my problem. When I checked out the notes were already in my file to begin my next steps for qualifications for a procedure. Dr. Smallstokes and my primary physician Dr. Chet Amin are the best physicians I've experienced and I feel very confident in my healthcare in their hands. Thank you!
