Everyone was friendly with me and everything was excellent

I had a lovely time with the team at Novant. From Dr Walls listening carefully to my symptoms, to the front desk personnel pointing me in the right direction, to finally the Xray department. Everyone treated my family and I with the utmost respect and consideration. I would highly recommend this hospital and its staff to family and friends alike.

Ms Wall and Tasia were attentive and efficient. The ladies at check-in were also. Kudos to your team.

It was urgent to ME, but was handled with all the care and compassion needed. A follow-up was required for an ultrasound. That was scheduled ASAP and I was back for that just after lunch & a quick nap. I had not been home long after the ultrasound when the PA called me with the results and letting me know about the meds. Also if the meds did not work by a certain date to get back in touch for any additional treatment needed. Super service all around.

The provider is awesome. I am not a huge fan of the office in general. There is a very business only / clinic feeling. It was hard to find a follow up appointment that fit my schedule.
