I really like the PA Ms Swift she was thorough in her explanation about my problem

Wanna give “THANKS “ to the staff and nurses and doctors who looked after me in my time of need ?????

Even though the purpose of the visit was quite awkward and uncomfortable… Everyone I interacted with were very understanding and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

This PA had opposite directions form the PA I saw a week earlier.

They were very accommodating on a short notice. I felt like they were NOT rushed and took the time to answer all questions and concerns, so that I felt they understood the background on the situation and I felt comfortable with what to do (and not do) from that point - as well as what would be a concern where I should reach back out.

Was a great experience for my first time seeing them

I was seen for an external hemorrhoid I have had hemorrhoids in the past that have always had to be lanced. My primary provider sent me to this office to have it lanced because she did not feel comfortable doing it herself. The specialist would not lance it. All she would do was suggest I made a follow up for six weeks if it wasn't better. I told her if it was not better in a week I would be finding another provider!
