Dr. Ladd is an amazing pediatrician. She loves what she does and you can by her interactions with her patients and staff. She is great with babies, toddlers, adolescents, and teenagers. She always takes the time to listen, she’s extremely knowledgeable, never dismisses any concerns, always provides expert advice, and gives you all the time you need. I’ve never felt rushed nor have I ever seen her distracted. She’s the best.

Dr. Traci Ladd needs a 1000% salary increase. She is hands down the best Pediatrician in Novant health. My wife and I have been coming to this office since our 18 yr old daughter came into the world. We now have 2 other daughters whom also go to Dr. Ladd and she means the world to our daughters. I hope there is a way for Novant to show some serious award, commendation of some sort to Dr. Traci Ladd and the staff at Ballantyne Pediatrics. The are first quality providers and I don’t know how you could find any better.
