I felt genuine care from the physician

This was my first time going to see a Dr in a very long time. I was in a lot of pain and hard of hearing. The Dr did not give me any opportunity to speak. He was quick to find the issue yet it was obvious. I had a lot of questions and he would just talk over me. I was prescribed what I expected was necessary but overall was unhappy with the visit. I did not enjoy his remarks regarding health issues I was not there to discuss. Nor was I given an opportunity to ask questions or be heard. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I have no doubt in his ability or knowledge to do his job. But at some point you need to be quiet and let the patient voice their concerns. I left there very unhappy and in a lot of pain. I had no answers to the questions I was never given a chance to ask and do not plan on returning. Seemed like I was given the bare minimum while I was there and they just wanted me out.

Nurse was not very cordial. Doctor & reception area staff were great.

Dr Mittal was very good and listened to what I was saying. I felt comfortable and Dr Mittal was friendly.

I was very pleased with the doctor he listened to my concerns and got to the root of my problem checked my meds to see if they could be causing my issues thanks to him for not just pushing another medication and not taking the time see the problem

The Dr seemed very scattered. Seem to talk over me about issues unrelated to my visit

I felt very comfortable and was treated very personal as well…by all staff and Dr. I’m very happy coming back to Novant Crown Point
