Dr. Pierson and his staff are wonderful

Always the best

First all, this was a follow-up visit for my most recent medical emergency with a Pulmonary Embolism. This was nearly the day after my release after 4 days at the hospital. Second, Dr. Pierson, Turtle, and nearly the entire staff have been my primary medical resources for well over 10 years. They have always provided great health advice and support through numerous occasions, and they are my effective team. They are professional in knowledge, demeanor, and patient awareness. The review of my immediate needs was effectively dealt with by Dr. Pierson as he referred to each and every test result and explanations that made it easy to understand the severity and importance of the findings. His attention to details and best approaches forward were instrumental in my near-term and long-term response to this emergency event. This team always gets five-star reviews from me, they are the best in the business from a patient's viewpoint.

Can’t say enough about my Dr and his attending staff! However, the computer switchover at Autumn Hall was defs problematic for the staff and seems to be problematic, therefore, also for patients. The my chart categories for sending messages directly to physician/staff is not provided, therefore a phone call was necessary (and still preferred) two days post visit to request a prescription for antibiotic.

Everything about you people is so special to me. From Turtle calling me the day before to make sure my butt is on time which i needed , everyone in between - especially Cole who gave me personal attention , understanding and 2 shots in my arms right in Dr. Pierson's office. I am petrified of shots, can't look , and it was smooth as silk. Icing on the cake - Dr. Noah. My words can't describe what he means to me.
