From an intake perspective, Dr. O was great. She took the time to learn my medical history but the annual physical was underwhelming. Outside of listening to my heart and pressing on my abdomen there was no other examination. Previous exams from other PCs included a much more in-depth examination.

New to the Winston Salem area. One of the dreaded tasks of finding a new Dr. We feel very fortunate to find Dr Ungureanu (Dr U). She was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind! Also, shout out to Dr U’s nurse and the lab technicians, receptionists checking you in and out were very good too! Happy we found this office!

I was impressed with Dr U. She is friendly and related well to me as her patient. She updated all my medical history and my medications. She listened and answered all my questions. I did not think the appointment time was rushed. I feel confident having her as my PCP.

This was my 1st appointment with Dr. G. I was impressed with her knowledge of my medical history, the question she had and advice. I feel relieved and comfortable that she is my doctor!

Absolutely loved Dr. U and her nurse. I felt listened to and not at all embarrassed about asking questions about my health and body. Check in was good. Check out was not the best, one was on the phone so she told me I could check out with the other checkout person and when I got to her, it seemed as if I was a bother to her. She told me I didn’t need anything else and so I left. When I got home and checked mychart, I saw I was supposed to get my next vaccine scheduled but didn’t because I felt like I was rushed out.

Mostly ok and courteous

Routine visit for cold. I tested negative for Covid and flu. Doctor and nurse did appropriate testing and listened to me. They were not at all dismissive, but really seemed to care.

This was my first appointment back into the Novant system, as well as, my first appointment with this new physician. I was very happy and satisfied with this appointment and the time/attention received from the doctor. I look forward to having further/future interactions with her.

Dr. Corina Urgureanu is an outstanding health care provider. She is thorough, systematic, thoughtful and considerate. Follow-up and referrals were immediate. I respect and trust Dr. U.
