My visit was a new patient visit with Jennifer Blondin; nurse practitioner. I was very impressed with the very kind and smiling faces at the receptionist desk when I first entered the building; the young lady that greeted me was kind, courteous, and very informational, as well as very knowledgeable that took the time and answered each question that I had, and not once that I feel rushed or hurried on in order to take care of the next patient. I completed the new patient information sheet; when Jen; Jennifer‘s nurse came to take me back to the room; she was a truly amazing woman; we held conversation and we talked, she made me feel very at ease during the screening, and I felt like I had known her a lifetime.

Jennifer taught me a lot about my diabetes and how to take care of myself and get myself healthy again.

I couldn't get in touch easily after my visit and I'm not in the portal to my surprise

Jennifer, the nurse, and the nursing student were all very supportive and reassuring to me. I was well cared for in a very timely fashion, and the CAT scan results were reported immediately to reassure me that I had no major brain injury. I appreciated their attitudes and their help.

The staff who answered the phone didn't take enough time and hung up. Of course, I understand because it was almost time to leave work, but I felt that it wasn't friendly.

Jennifer was great and extremely helpful in answering my questions and in assisting me with referrals. The Nurse Practitioner student was also helpful and very thorough in her assessment of my needs.

All of the care team (nurses, front desk staff, NP, and NP student) were friendly and courteous. I never felt rushed out even though I could tell the practice was busy. One of the best experiences I've had a drs office as far as the staff. I did notice the waiting room and facilities looked a little outdated and cramped. I would/will return to get my primary care from this practice.

My experience with the providers at this location has been outstanding. Starting 2 years ago with a severe bout with Covid 19 (6 weeks in the hospital), to follow up appointments and excellent treatment to get my diabetes under control I have noting but praise for (Dr. McCleod, Jennifer Blondin, Rand Pennington, and all of there support staff. Currently, still dealing with the effects of long covid, but overall this is the best I have felt in the last 2 years. I look forward to continued excellent care from this team of medical professionals.

I had a great experience from the time I arrived until I left. I was impressed by the kindness and care the staff took with me. The Woman who checked me in was so nice. The nurse was wonderful and Doctor was absolutely fantastic. She was so interested in my medical history and making sure all my issues were addressed. I feel very comfortable with her.
