The staff was great, but the provider was spectacular Jennifer Blondin, Professional patient and informative has anybody I’ve dealt with in the practice. I come from a healthcare background for the last 30 years and I was truly impressed by my experience with Jennifer .

My primary doctor left the practice. I saw a NP, Jennifer Blondin and she was amazing. She listened, advised and reviewed my chart and made recommendations that will hopefully get to the bottom of the issues I have.

My visit was a new patient visit with Jennifer Blondin; nurse practitioner. I was very impressed with the very kind and smiling faces at the receptionist desk when I first entered the building; the young lady that greeted me was kind, courteous, and very informational, as well as very knowledgeable that took the time and answered each question that I had, and not once that I feel rushed or hurried on in order to take care of the next patient. I completed the new patient information sheet; when Jen; Jennifer‘s nurse came to take me back to the room; she was a truly amazing woman; we held conversation and we talked, she made me feel very at ease during the screening, and I felt like I had known her a lifetime.

Jennifer taught me a lot about my diabetes and how to take care of myself and get myself healthy again.

I couldn't get in touch easily after my visit and I'm not in the portal to my surprise

Jennifer, the nurse, and the nursing student were all very supportive and reassuring to me. I was well cared for in a very timely fashion, and the CAT scan results were reported immediately to reassure me that I had no major brain injury. I appreciated their attitudes and their help.

The staff who answered the phone didn't take enough time and hung up. Of course, I understand because it was almost time to leave work, but I felt that it wasn't friendly.
