I was very impressed with the courtesy extended to me from the scheduling of my appointment through the actual session with my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charles since he made my initial diagnosis some 12+ years ago. I credit him with saving my life and today, he officially discharged me. I graduated!!! That was totally unexpected, but I also know that he is there should I need him again. Novant is fortunate to have him and so was I!!!

I’m always treated with respect and feel fortunate that I have access to such high quality care.

results from my CT scan were positive. Dr. Charles informed me that the results were excellent.i left the office with a clean result.

Dr . was very informative about my problem , and explained the treatment in detail in a manner easily understood. I was very impressed.

No nurses were involved during this visit, that we can recall, reason for "no" answer. All staff were wonderful, and Dr Charles was most considerate, articulate and informative. Able to speak at our level, and not in a rush. Greatly appreciated.

My experience is always a very pleasant visit, starting with the front desk. Jessica is always cheerful as she comes to get me for weight and other vitals. Dr. Haponik really is a caring doctor and leaves no stone unturned when a new health issue appears. I really hope I do not have to be stuck several times for the workers to get my blood. I try to warn them it is always difficult to draw blood because my veins are tiny and certain people use a tiny needle and do the veins in my hand. They rather stick me several times in my arm and leave me with bruises and as a last result go to my hand.?

Dr. Charles couldn't have been more helpful or a polite man. However; I'm unsure of having the recommended medical procedure is the right one for me at this point.

Dr Charles Williams was amazing! He was extremely friendly, very thorough and explaining my condition, he was patient and thorough, knowledgeable but not arrogant, he talked to me and not at me. And he let me talk without talking over me. Definitely one of the best physician experiences I have ever had.
