Dr. Scott explained what needed to be done and she did it!

The facility is consistently clean and the staff is always courteous. They are efficient and mindful of their time and mine, but I never feel rushed.

Exceptional experience with everyone at Gateway Family Practice! This was my 1st visit establishing Antonette Scott, FNP as my new PCP. As I told my Aunt last night, I felt like I was truly heard, cared about and ?partnered? with Antonette in making important healthcare decisions. She is such a compassionate person and took a lot of time listening, asking ?s and explaining steps to improve my health. Thank you!

My care at Gateway Family Medicine with Dr. Antonette Scott was exceptional. I switched doctors because I was concerned about a lack of care at my previous doctor and she made the switch very worth it. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

This was the first time I actually felt heard at a doctor’s appointment. My concerns were addressed. I felt seen and cared about.

The entire staff from check into discharge was courteous and patient as I was a new patient at the practice Miss Scott was phenomenal and listen to my concerns as I was anxious since I had previous issues with care providers not being attentive or caring about my basic care. I look forward to a long relationship with this provider.
