Jason is phenomenal!! He listened to me and answered all of my questions. He was thorough in explaining the x-ray and helped me to understand why my shoulder was in so much pain. This was the best experience I've ever had at a medical appointment. He spent alot of time reviewing my long medical & surgical journey. He assured me where to go to get answers. I'm not a patient who complains and I understand the challenged of modern medicine so I didn't expect an extended appointment time. But he treated me as he said "as he would his own mom." I'm not cured but I'm truly grateful. He is a great credit to Novant and deserves a pay raise!

I would say that Jason is a tremendous asset to your company. He made my experience very comfortable, he went above and beyond to explain in great detail about my diagnosis and treatment options. He showed me the X-ray and using it described what was going on with my knee, and using the back, he listed the treatment options. I was truly impressed with how he worked with me.
