Best experience I’ve had visiting a doctor’s office in a long time .

My experience from front desk to medical staff was phenomenal. Anabela was amazing she took time to listen and showed great respect and concern for my care. Melissa was amazing with rooming, injection, and blood work. Angie greeted me like an angel. My check in with Dreama was top notch and made me feel at ease. Paula stopped and introduced herself and made me feel welcomed with a smile. Kristin at check out, had great character, and a beautiful smile of warmth. She made sure my questions were answered and was precise. I would really recommend this office with first class.

All the stuff were too nice and understanding , I was a little late , but , I did not miss my appointment. . Thank - you very much

Dr Barbera was very thorough

Everyone was absolutely wonderful.I was a walk-in without an appointment. Everyone that I interacted with was kind and gracious. I found the PA to be extremely knowledgeable and kind.

I visited the facility to have an injured arm looked at and was sent to have X-rays taken. From there, I went to the facility to have additional treatment to discover that I had cracked my humorus after a fall on Easter Sunday. I felt I was in good care with all of my appropriate visits. I will return to the intermediate care for the next couple of months for further treatment. Which will depend on my healing ability.

I would recommend Novant to anyone who is looking for a doctor. They always make sure you are getting what you need, and they are always willing to take time and talk to you about medications, and any questions you might have. They always tell you the side affects.

I came in with laryngitis and severe cold symptoms, could hardly speak. Everyone from front desk, medical assistant and PA were very kind and concerned.

I absolutely feel confident with Anabela Barreto, PA and Dr Bissett. They have always addressed all of my questions without any hesitation and put my mind at ease with concerns. I would highly recommend this practice for any general health needs. Thank you for all of your time and I truly appreciate the care from these two and all the nurses there. From the time you check in to the time you exit… you feel cared for.

All I know is that I was feeling very sick and the team treated me very special and they made me feel like I really was in special hands. They were very patient and understanding. I was weak and needed assistance and they took very good care of me. They were all so curtious and polite and understanding. They all deserve a 100 and an A for their thoughtfulness and professionalism. I Love this office and the entire crew.

I saw was more worried about me at this moment an working to get me better...I was pleased with the way she was handling me that trip an talked about how we need to take care of things we need to address later..I was very pleased the way she handled my visit

Great staff and experience

I had not been seen by Anabella before. She took lots of time to go over all my symptoms and discuss treatment. Her caring and concern was very much appreciated. I have found that because of my age some of the providers I have dealt with in the past made me feel like I really didn’t matter. She was just the opposite. I would recommend Anabella highly.

Front desk associate was awesome. She went out of her way to get me an appointment for an urgent issue I was having. Very friendly and efficient. Nurse was wonderful!! Also very happy with PA I saw.

It was my first time meeting Abigail and she exceeded my expectations. She listened and had empathy. Probably the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. My usual doctor listens but did not have as much action as Abigail. I appreciated her so much.
