Nov 2024They went above and beyond to make sure my toddler felt safe and cared for, listening to her when she advocated for herself when she wanted to be “all done” or “stop”, giving her space to slowly go through the appointment at her own speed. Staff also took time to foster a healthy patient/provider relationship so that she was comfortable and happy even through uncomfortable parts. They listened to all of our concerns and asked detailed questions, watching videos of our concerns as well and taking their time to get every detail so that they could make informed decisions moving forward. We look forward to our next appointment.
