The whole Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable to be there. They explained everything before doing anything to me or having me do anything. And also a very clean environment. Everyone there seems to care about the job they was doing and for MY HEALTHCARE! So Thank You All for a Great Carefree Experience during a Stressful Test and Time in my life..

Nurse Practitioner Williams was really focus on my concerns about my health. He explained clear what was going on with my lung condition. Started me on a different treatment plan and I can't thank him enough?

That exception was a time where the office was running a few minutes behind. They were apologetic and I was understanding. Overall, I have been very impressed with my Novant experiences.

The office experience was good. This was my first visit since the practice was taken over by Novant Health. I was expecting to see Dr. Clavio; however I was seen by someone else. The doctor I saw was good; however I think I should have been informed ahead of my visit that is was a possibility.

PA Terrill Williams is competent, caring, and knows my history. My situation is one of maintenance to make sure it doesn’t get worse which he is more than capable of handling. My only concern is that no one told me he would be handling my maintenance care instead of Dr. Smart. It was a surprise and perhaps they did tell me, but it was so subtle I missed it. I’m still happy with my care But would have liked to understand the change in care giver.
