Laurie Bowles takes time to listen and explain. Excellent!!

Laurie Bowles is an excellent healthcare provider with who I have a great rapport. She always addresses my concerns during our appointments despite the time constraints in place. She’s definitely an asset to your organization.

Everyone was so kind to me. The nurse helped me put my socks, shoes and braces on. I did not feel awkward about it because she was so kind and positive. My nurse practitioner was amazing too. She is very kind, helpful and informative.

The provider I see is the best but my regular nurse was on vacation and the nurse that was feeling in for her wasn’t very friendly at all no bed side matter at all she never smiled liked she just hated being there other than that every thing was great

Amazing staff and great care

Laurie Bowles has excellent listening skills, I feel very comfortable having her a a medical provider. Her nurse Kathy is very helpful as well.

This particular Novant facility is busy so it's a little hard to get a timely appointment (the wait time seems to be around four weeks, usually) but other than that I love it and the people who work there. Everyone is nice and respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The facility is always clean and well provided for. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
