I called in about my knee making my hip hurt and they took X-ray of my hip and no new ones of my left knee. I told the doctor my knee was hurting me more than my hip. He’s answer was to put me in more physical therapy that I have done for years and send me to the hospital to get an injection for my hip. He made me feel like he was not listening to me.

Dr Browning and the staff were very professional and helpful and listened to my concerns.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Benjamin Browning as my orthopedic physician. Dr. Browning, as well as his staff work to insure that their patients's needs are taken care of in a professional manner.

Great experience from check in to check out. All staff were personable, professional and courteous. PA and Doctor were very knowledgeable and were able to define my exact problem and explain in great detail my treatment plan.

I’ve had cortisone shots previously and they were quit painful. Everyone I met assured me it wouldn’t be painful. Dr. Browning gave the shot and I never felt it. I could not be more satisfied.

Dr Browning was wonderful. I would highly recommend him. Margaret was very sweet. One lady at check out desk was not friendly at first. She was actually rude and disrespectful towards me. However after I tried looking at her name tag, I think she realized her mistake and turned her sour attitude around and was very nice and helpful. I realize people have off days but I had just lost my mother in law and wasn’t in the mood to not be treated in a kind manner. All in all, since she revisited her attitude and changed it, I am happy with Novant and will go back. As mentioned earlier Dr. Browning was very nice, listened to my needs and took care of me.
