Did not feel rushed or ignored

Dr. Jack Xu is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to your concerns. I like him alot.

Very informative as always, both Dr and nurse.

Dr. Xu is the only cardiologist in that practice at Novant who takes the time to listen and answer questions. The others are very dismissive when questions are asked. I would highly recommend him.

All of staff very professional. The doctor was easy to talk to, he listened carefully to what I was saying and answered all of my questions. He was not in a rush and I did not feel rushed. I was very impressed with him. A good experience.

Dr Xu was extremely helpful by listening and providing detailed info about my situation. I thought his manner was outstanding and he showed interest in following up on how I am doing.

Dr Xu is very personable and knowledgeable. He explained my disease process well and answered my questions thoroughly. Explained procedures, tests,medications and plan of care to me. As a retired RN I was very pleased with his interactions with me. Welcomed him to the practice since my former Dr moved out of the state. Highly recommend Dr Xu to anyone needing a cardiologist. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was nervous but the entire staff, including the nurses and the doctor, put me at ease, made sure I was comfortable, and answered any questions I had.

I got to the office early and they were able to take me early. I was out of the office within 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

I miss going to Novant, because I am now 100% VA. As soon as I saw Dr. XU, I realized I was in good hands. It is good to be treated again at Novant. I will request Community Care from the VA, when ever I can!!

Dr. Xu is a new doctor to me. He seems very concerned about my condition and is offering to help with his knowledge in my case.
