Dr. Jack Xu was very patience and listen to my concerns. As a result many test were schedule. I felt so confidence and secure with his decisions regarding my care. Front desk staff was friendly, however, I do not like announcing my name and date of birth for all to hear. I feel it's against my privacy. In lieu of this I show my drivers license, there must be a better way.

Dr Xu is a wonderful Dr. very caring

From the lady at check in, the lady who did my vitals, to check out. Each personas very pleasant and let me know each step. Dr Xu was very nice. I could tell he had look at my records and felt he knew why I there. All very professional.

I was a little early for my appointment. I did not have to wait in the lobby. They took me back to a room immediately and it could not have been over 2 minutes before the doctor came in. Great visit with the doctor. He answered all my questions.

I arrived at my appointment time for check in. My wait time was 5 minutes or less. My experience with the Medical Technicians and Dr. Xu was informative and pleasant.

I really appreciate Dr. Xu being attentive to my needs and listening to my concerns about my health. He also addressed an issue that my PCP did not seem concerned about, offered a solution about how to manage it, and asked how I felt about it. Dr. Xu included me in the plan of care for my health, which all providers should do. Thanks to Dr. Xu and the entire team at Novant Cardiology/Mt. Dr Xu was extremely helpful by listening and providing detailed info about my situation. I thought his manner was outstanding and he showed interest in following up on how I am doing.

As a retired RN I was very pleased with his interactions with me. Welcomed him to the practice since my former Dr moved out of the state. Highly recommend Dr Xu to anyone needing a cardiologist.
