This was the yearly Medicare Wellness Visit.

I had asked Ms. VanDyke for referral to have a mole removed from behind my ear. That very day I received a call from the dermatologist's office to set up an appointment if I was still interested in having the mole removed. I have set up an appointment. This is such personally treatment for my concerns! Thank you for your personal attention to my needs!

She is a clinician I will continue to recommend to others due to her compassion and excellent listening skills. Every staff member that I have had interactions with in this practice are always respectful and courteous.

I had not met with Susannah for several years, but she was very aware of my current status and asked about my family as well as my medical issues. I left with a good feeling about the changes that were made in my medications today.

Susannah is a true gift! She always has plenty of time to listen to my concerns and is extremely thorough! Back in February 2023 I was having some medical issues. She told me to get off the virtual appt and go straight to ER. When I saw her yesterday I asked if I could hug her…I got emotional (and I’m not usually an emotional person). As I hugged her hard I told her I credit her for saving my life. Susannah was the catalyst for major changes in my life and I have such incredible respect for what she fits!!!
