The team at Novant has always been exceptional and provided excellent service. I always feel welcome and at ease, I feel the staff cares from the front desk to the doctor's. They listen and address my concerns.

It was supposed to say my yearly checkup, was really please with the way my health problems were addressed. Told her my problems and she didn’t suggest anything to help me. Feel like I was there just to talk. Not very pleased.

Tracy listened to me as I told her my ailments . She checked recent visits concerning medications I had been given so she would know if I could tolerate the prescribed medications.

They did a good job and I was very impressed.

My regular personal care doctor was not available because it was her day off but I called knowing that I needed to get in the very next day and the was very very accommodating and I had an appointment the next morning with Tracey Sheets. I really felt comfortable with her and was pleased to be able to get into see her.

Very pleased when I called needing an afternoon same day appointment, I was given a 3pm appointment. I saw Tracy Sheets and was very pleased. No waiting when I arrived and she did not keep me waiting when I was put in a room. She was very pleasant listened to why I was there and after examining me I was on my way to pick up some medicine. She said if I needed anything else to not hesitate to let her know. Excellent service!

I truly feel like Tracey Sheets really cares, and takes the time to find out what is causing the problem. She is the only one I would rather see, if I can’t see my doctor. She is about the only one that has been there The same amount of time I have been going there. Everyone at the check-in-desk and check-out- desk, has always been friendly.Even when you call in for an appointment.
