MY TIME WITH DR. CHAR WAS EXCELLENT. SHE RAN SEVERAL TESTS BEFORE SEEING ME SO SHE WAS ABLE TO KNOW HOW TO MOVE FORWARD. I HAD MY HUSBAND GO WITH ME THIS TIME AND HE WAS AMAZED AT THE QUALITY TIME, CARE, AND PLAN OF ACTION DR. CHAR HAD FOR ME.

This doctor really listens, understands, helps you to manage your health and offer alternatives to assist you to get on the right track. The doctor is very easy to talk and makes you feel comfortable. She responds to my issues very quickly. I look forward to seeing her annually.

Great Doctors and staff ..

Dr. Char worked me in to check my ribs and lungs. She ordered a CT scan that day and it showed I had cracked ribs due to excessive coughing. She also recommended me to a pulmonary doctor to follow up with my lingering cough which has been going on for way too long. I appreciated her response to my situation!

Dr Char is definitely the best Dr I have ever seen. Totally engaged from start of appointment till end, always asking questions to get to the root of whatever is going on. You guys need more like her.

My experience this time was fine. But this appt was rescheduled from the original appt because i left after waiting in the waiting room for a full hour with no updates. No updates even after I went to the front desk twice to inquire. A patient should not have to wait more than 15 mins at most.

I was informed that my doctor was running late. Once I was let into a room and as the nurse was leaving she told me my doctor will be in to see me momentarily. I assumed within 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I went outside the room and asked the nurse if Doctor was coming. I went back to the room and 2 min later doctor came in. Would be nice to know status while waiting in the room.

Dr. Char is very pleasant, professional and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I had my annual checkup. She took the time to go over my bloodwork and any questions I had, I hope I have her for a very long time!

Dr. Char filled in for Dr. Chung, they were able to get me in same day my appointment was scheduled at a later time that actually worked better. Dr. Char was able to answer all of my questions and had the best bed side manner. She was respectful to my autistic son. She addressed all questions to him even though I would need to answer the questions, I loved that she still spoke to my son. She took her time and was so incredibly encouraging about my weight loss. She made me feel so validated for the hard work I have done. I could go on the on about how much I appreciated her compassion and kindness.
