I was greeted with a smile And the staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease the Dr assistant was very helpful and friendly and helped to make me feel comfortable very nice person but the Dr was the highlight of the visit not only very friendly but very knowledgeable and made me feel like he was on my side working hard to provide the best possible treatment and experience most people visiting a surgeon are in pain and nervous I was no different but before I left I was completely comfortable and positive of the best outcome possible thank you for a wonderful experience

Dr Bennett was awesome, great details, very good discussion on everything. I feel very blessed to have him going forward if a my issues arise.

I was referred to Dr Chase Bennett by friends who had seen him in the past. I am extremely happy to have met him and anxious to have him help me finally get relief with Gods guidance.

My overall experience with the Novant Medical people and facilities has been excellent.

Dr. Bennett was very nice and explained everything that was going on with me. Going to try PT first to see if that works before we need to go to the next step if we do at all. Answered my concerns. I really liked him. Seems to be a very caring Doctor.

All personnel treated me with respect and kindness. Dr. Bennett was very thorough in explaining the issues I am having with my back. A follow up appointment was made to see how I am progressing in 4 months.

I was very pleased with the medical assistant lady that took me to the exam room. She asked me questions about my medications and took my BP and Oxygen and my temp. She is such a sweet and efficient lady! I then met with Dr Bennett and I am very pleased with him! He went over and explained my xrays and we discussed the surgery I need. I am very pleased with Dr Bennett and I’m so glad that he will be taking care of me and my needs!!!

This office as well if most the Novant practices need a partition or something to insure privacy! They ask DofB, address and everyone in the lobby can hear this Private info!!! I do not blame staff, it’s the design Poor thinking, most of mine are relatively newer builds.
