I was called back immediately and the nurse was friendly and caring. Dr. McMillan was thorough and caring.

Dr McMillan was great. He listened, evaluated and followed up by making sure that my concerns are being addressed by ordering tests. I am happy with his plan. I could not have asked for anything better.

Dr. McMillian didn’t talk to me and type at the same time. He sat and talked “with” me and not “at” me while he was filling out some check list on the computer. My care felt personalized and I felt he understood the context of my problem. Then he did some typing as he worked on prescribing a medication and setting up a lab. He is a great representative of how medicine can be the best of old-fashioned personalized medicine and the use of technology to enhance the care.
