After care I had a question about my medication and my chart makes it easy to communicate with the staff. My Dr. was out of the office and I received an expedited response from the Dr. on staff. This office/staff are always very attentive and friendly

It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Sass. I appreciate her going over everything in my chart and asking me questions pertaining to my overall health, and answering my questions as well. Dr. Sass takes her time during the visit to address any issues or concerns about my health and wellbeing. Blood tests are routinely ordered to make sure my cholesterol, kidneys, glucose levels, etc. are in order. After the blood test results are in Dr. Sass will review them and send me an email with her opinion. She is extremely thorough which is what I like so much about her.

Doctor Sass is the most thorough physician I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is empathetic, knowledgeable and takes time with her patients.

My experience was very good. My complaint would be My Chart. Trying to receive a code doesn’t always work. I understand security but changing how you send the code now which doesn’t always show up is ridiculous.

I offer the highest praise to Dr.Sass and her team. Additionally it’s a pleasure to have such a beautiful facility to visit. We are most grateful to be accepted as patients and couldn’t be more pleased.
