The doctor acted like he was having a bad day. Really didn't like my visit with him.

Dr. John Wilson is the most friendly and professional doctor. He takes time needed and explains everything thoroughly.He answers all questions and if need repeats information clearly and thoroughly. All the staff is friendly and also explains procedures well. I trust him implicitly with my care.

My wait time was a little long but I understand. This was the only time I had to wait more than 15 minutes.

Dr. Wilson was great and very informative. He worked through his lunch to see me at my scheduled time after he had a surgery pop up earlier. Despite this, he was super thorough and still took his time to explain everything to me. I was very appreciative of this and speaks volumes about how important his patients are to him.

My only complaint was that I was not scene by the doctor until over an hour past my scheduled appointment. I understand that sometimes appointments can be late, but the staff should update patients when they know there will be a lengthy delay before the doctor will be in to see the patient.

I felt that DrWilson was very capable in treating me and was very through in his decisions. He gave me a decent report. I will see him again in one year. Everyone in the Novant chain is highly qualified.

While the doctor was nice and professional, he was interrupted 3 times because he was on call. He left the room 3 times to take calls. I am the Customer when I am seeing the doctor and my time is as valuable as his and Novant. This needs to be addressed as a flaw with seeing patients. Novant needs to schedule undivided patient time for treatment
