Dr. Carrero Caicedo is very compassionate and listens to her patients - she does tend to run late but I know that is because she spends the time to actually talk with her patients. We like her!

This was my first visit to see Dr. Carrero. My previous Novant PC for about 20 years is now on the Board and no longer seeing patients. It has been very hard to find a new PCP but I was very pleased with Dr. Carrero. She had reviewed my file before the appt and was very thorough with her questions and exam and answered all questions that I had. She has compassion as well as knowledge.

Dr. Angela M Carrero Caicedo is a breathe of fresh air in a health system that is driven by checking a bunch of ticks set by rules and payors. She asks intelligent questions and ordered the necessary tests to assess my health. What made her stand out above most is when a result came back that was concerning is she called me over the weekend to ensure I get into a specialist right away. This was the first appointment I ever had with her and I was blown away about how much she cared about me and my health journey. I would recommend her to any adult that wants to partner with their provider to improve their health.

She said I can see her as often as I need to; sick, well, new concerns. She walked me towards the lab. The lab ladies were polite and friendly. This was my first visit with Novant and Dr. Angela Carello, and I was very impressed with her and the staff.

Dr Carrero is an exceptionally kind, empathetic, and brilliant physician who cares deeply and strives to provide the very best possible care.

It took a month to get an appointment. And the best time they could get was 3:30 pm. This means I had to fast from 6 pm the night before for at total of 21 hours. I waited 30 minutes after my weigh-in to see a Dr. I walked to the front desk to tell them they forgot I was there. They asked me to be patient. I was finally seen after feeling abandoned for 35 minutes. After waiting so long my exam was very fast compared to other times.I did not feel that I was treated with dignity or respect.

My experience with Dr Carrero has always been and is good. She is a very good doctor and I feel very comfortable asking her questions.
