Jan 2024I have repeatedly asked that our billing name be changed to the appropriate party. My daughter's biological father's name is on the bill, who is not on the insurance, does not attend appointments, and does not pay any of the bills. The bill comes to my and my husbands address but in his name. I have asked for over a year for it to be corrected, yet it remains the same.
