It took longer than I would have liked to get an appointment at this facility but things appeared to be on track. Now I'm being treated pending analysis of radiology.

Deana Smart, my provider was excellent! She did a great job of narrowing down the main source of my pain, involved me in her decision making & thoroughly explained the options available. She’s a good listener, effective communicator & explained things in a manner I could understand.

Deana explained my X-rays and what is wrong with my back. We discussed the methods of help available to me and decided on the best method for me. Deana explained in detail the procedure and asked if I had questions. The reception person was very helpful and secured an appointment for me 3 days later. Everyone was friendly and very helpful

The actual provider had no interest in any questions I had and was short. Especially when i tried to explain some of my pain, she cut me off saying this is an orthopedic issue not a nerve issue. She did not seem caring at all. This was my first visit with this provider. The nurse and front staff were very nice.

Deana Smart listened & tried to help me with my pain.

All the staff members except the PA I saw were excellent. During my time with the PA I felt more like an inconvenience rather than a patient. She didn't seem to know I have type 1 diabetes, RA, or that I had been to urgent care because of extreme pain sitting and laying. No suggestions were given to alleviate or control this problem. She did give me a referral to a physical therapist and said at some point I might want to consider a shot of prednisone. Otherwise the visit was unsatisfactory. At this point I won't go back to the 3 month visit unless I see someone else.

The staff assisted me doing my visit with my brother.Before the visit he had soiled his pants and they gave me items to help clean him up and was able to keep him appointment that was a remarkable experience. Thanks to the ladies at NH Spine Clinic…??

They were very friendly and listened to my issues instead of looking at me and assuming I was seeking. I have tattoos covering both arms and hands and the other facility I went to looked at me and made me feel as if I was seeking instead of how to fix my issues. I will only go here from now on. They were very respectable as well. Nice group of people.

I met Deana,PA-C 4 the 1st time It was a pleasant experience and informative. The girls at the desk are ALWAYS pleasant & professional. Thank you Novant. I was in pain- I very recommended my family.

Needed referral for PT but delayed scheduling due to previous referral too old and needed new one. Waited on new referral and PT called. PT not helpful with getting a new referral. I had to contact office and wait 2 days to get an appointment. My main concern is that I am in pain, taking steroids and need PT but no appointment for 3 weeks. I could benefit with PT sooner to start my exercises.

Excellent medical facility with excellent staff.

After a 45 minute wait PA Deanna Smart came in to the treatment room and said that the provider that I was supposed to see was running behind and if was ok with me she would be doing the consultation which was fine. She explained things well and set up a PT schedule for me. I would just say that in this day and age of staffing shortages it should be important to not over schedule appointments. It is unfair to patients and overworks the staff leading to an less than optimum experience for both parties.

Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful at every aspect of the visit. There was one instance when my wife asked a question about possible treatments that I don't feel were properly answered.

Deana was brusque and I asked not to see her again. All other team members were great... as they have been consistently since I have been a patient at this practice.

I waited in the examination room 30 mins past my appointment time. Nurse at check out was looking at wrong patient's information, not mine. I don't feel my pain level was adequately addressed.
