From the receptionist to the nurse to when I seen the PA everything was great very friendly outgoing answered all my questions

Everyone is always great there

There was this male nurse named Bobby that took really good care of me.He answered all of my questions that I had and and eased my nerves he was really nice I would recommend him to anyone.

The staff are very professional. They’re also friendly and it’s obvious they like their job and care about the patients. I’ve had other providers that rushed me through, didn’t listen and don’t care because of the pressure their management placed on them. Every visit I’ve had at Novant has been good.

I felt that I was comfortable with proceeding with the next part of the treatment.

4:30 Friday appointment and everyone was ready to leave. Later being seen. Only gathered information from previous doctor’s notes. Was not prepared when coming to interview me. Discounted my description of part of my problem. Suggested procedure that would treat only part of my problem.

PA Deana Smart was excellent in discussing the X-rays of my lower back and next steps. Very thorough!

She went out of her way to check on me and make sure I was able to get an appointment as soon as possible. She is a valuable asset to this provider and I feel very comfortable trusting her medical judgement. Finally have my life back. Pain is controlled and feel like I?m going to be fine with her in charge of my pain management and knowledge! Thanks Deanna!

The PA was accurate on description of problem but medication will not work with other medication I am taking. Risk out weighs the change with less probability of helping the condition any.

I've always had a delightful visit together we've always known what we've had to do so it's been quick in and out visits conversations about but everything's pleasant well staffed well taken care of it's an absolute delight to know that I'm working with these people to make myself safe physically mentally and I always get goosebumps and a giggle when I know I get to go and talk with them.

Deana did her job. And I felt like a number. I felt as if she didn't give enough care , concern, and or attention to my current medical issues. I can't really explain how I felt. I just know when I left I didn't feel positive about my visit.

I guess it was good - hard to judge since this is my 1st experience with this condition and 3 days into the steroids I still hurt as much - probably some withdrawal from the ibuprofen 800 I'd been taking

Deana Smart, my provider was excellent! She did a great job of narrowing down the main source of my pain, involved me in her decision making & thoroughly explained the options available. She?s a good listener, effective communicator & explained things in a manner I could understand.

Deana explained my X-rays and what is wrong with my back. We discussed the methods of help available to me and decided on the best method for me. Deana explained in detail the procedure and asked if I had questions. The reception person was very helpful and secured an appointment for me 3 days later. Everyone was friendly and very helpful
