I specifically go to this practice because of Dr karwowski who has been our family physician for over 10 years. She is an amazing professional she listens to and meets all my needs.

I would like the front desk setup to be different because all of your information the next person can hear as the reception asks information, For example: date of birth, name Any problems other patients can hear the information and if identify theft and HIPPA are important to your privacy a renovation is needed at the front desk is needed because you do not know who is listening to your information. No other concerns great office and excellent, superb, outstanding Doctor.

I thought the time management was perfect with my Provider, the Lab and X-Ray. Each step of the process provided me with adequate time so that I did not feel rushed. There was a minimal amount of wait time.

After the doctor examined me, the nurse was supposed to get me and take me to the lab for my bloodwork, only she never came. I waited over 30 minutes and finally poked my head out of the examining room to let her know I was still waiting. She said she forgot about me and apologized. This has happened to me before.

Everything was handled in a friendly and courteous manner. The only area that could stand improvement is the initial check in desk. Desk was completely staffed however there seemed to be some confusion as to who was checking in patients which caused a slight delay

I am always treated with kindness and respect by Dr. Karwowski and the rest of the staff. She is always patient and compassionate and does not dismiss my concerns but addresses my issues. I always leave with a plan that is clear and understandable. I respect her and the staff. I am now 70 and Dr. Karwowski is the best PCP I've ever had. No one else comes close. I am grateful.

Doctor K has always been very professional and my family would never consider another doctor.

There is a Novant office within walking distance of my house, but I drive 45 minutes to get to Dr. K. at the Mallard Creek office. All of the women there have always been amazing. I had a great experience yesterday with everyone involved. Genuine Care cannot be forced or faked. These are some great people and I actually enjoy my visits there.

I have been a patient over 10 years She truly cares about me as a person, she is very present when I'm with her, very genuine. She's she is very knowledgeable in a lot of things. I trust her fully and feel like I can discuss anything and everything with her. Before I leave, she always checks that I understood my conditions, prescriptions directions and what are next steps are going to be. Very thorough. Very accessible and responds quickly to my messages and test results. I would keep her has my doctor even if I moved away from her office's area.
