Betsy Brais is the best!

It is always my pleasure to get to have Blanche Brais to treat me! I started out with her when she first got started and wherever she goes,I go also! She takes time with her patients and she makes sure you know what to do! She listens to you also! I love her!!!

Betsy Brais always listens to what I say and is so thorough in discussing all my issues. I really feel she helps me in every way to try to maintain my good health. I totally trust her. All the staff were courteous. The lady at the front desk, Betsy’s nurse, the lab tech and the xray tech were all just great!

lab and checkout were very polite and respectful. I don't like needles, but the girl in the lab and I kept talking so that helped. Betsy, as always, was wonderful, helping figure out my problems and getting the correct resolution. Morgan, her assistant, was also very polite.

I’ve been coming to Betsy for many years now and she is the best family practitioner I’ve ever had. She listens to me, never minimizes my concerns, is very knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and she never makes me feel like she’s in a hurry to get out the door to the next patient. I drive from Kernersville just to be seen by her and I would go even further if I had to. She is great!

First, I came in for a sick appointment. I came on the wrong day. It was my error. But when I arrived, staff did everything in their power to work me in and they were successful in that endeavor. Second, Betsy Brais is a treasure. I really feel that she cares about me and my health. I can be a difficult patient and she always finds a way to make me feel really special and well cared for. Betsy Brais (PA) was fabulous. I was there as a follow up to an ED visit. She had already printed off my MyChart results, highlighted them and was ready to discuss my issue. She went through what possible causes might be and was very helpful. She is a keeper.
