The staff could not be anymore helpful and friendly

Front desk team is friendly, Kara's nurse is always friendly and courteous. Kara always asks if I have any questions or concerns that she can answer. I never feel rushed. The lady who drew my bloodwork did an excellent job. It didn't hurt. Great team!

Kara Seeloff, PA is exceptional in her medical procedures, always making sure her patients are taken care of and are comfortable in a very embarrassing examination.

Kara & the nurse (I do not remember her name) were professional, polite & kind. They answered all my questions, and I brought a list of them. I never felt rushed.

I have always received excellent care at Novant. I especially like the quick response with labs, CT scans, and personal note from nurses, P A s and doctors. I just wish my primary care doctor worked at Novant. However, she referred me right away to Novant Cancer Center. In my option I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my care. Thank you so much for being an outstanding health center.

I can’t express my gratitude for the team enough. I fell down the steps in the parking garage on my way in and badly skinned up my legs. This team took such good care of me to get me bandaged up and the bleeding stopped. They took extra time to make sure I was ok. Love this staff so much.
