Jamie Andrews is great! He listened to my concerns and we came up with a game plan for my treatment together; which I appreciate being felt like I was listened to.

This was 1st of more visits to come due to potential for surgery (hip). So far pleased with everything. Hope to meet with surgeon on 2nd visit.

I'm forever thankful that he is honest and direct. Very respectful. It's more than hip pain for me . It's a loss of normal activity that then gets me down.

Jamie the PA for Dr Martin as well as the rest of the staff were awesome!! It was my first experience with Novant and I am grateful it was a positive one!

Everything is good

Jamie was very professional and pleasant to speak with. He listened to me and was very clear about what I should and should not do following my hip replacement surgery. He took his time and did not appear to be rushed.

I was called early in the morning to set up a follow up appointment after an ER visit. I appreciate the quick response to the referral, and was seen in the office an hour after the call.

Dr Andrew's was exceptional, very kind, thorough exam and started treatment. Highly recommend him.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Jamie was very knowledgeable, professional and understanding and listened to my concerns.

Only issue is that even after my appointment/referral was scheduled, you kept calling me to schedule. 5 times.

It was a good visit and I look forward to proceeding with treatment and follow-up.

First time visit to this office. Problem diagnosed and discussed with me and treatment plan underway. No more than you can ask for at this point. Pleasant experience and Jamie was knowledgeable about my condition and what to expect going forward.

They have moved and I didn't know that. But I was able to get there on time. Directions are not clear about getting into the new hospital and where their office is. That could be better.
