Very pleased with every aspect of my appointment; the nurse assistant was very pleasant, professional, and courteous. I liked the fact that she looked at us when she spoke and we heard and understood everything she was saying to us. Particularly liked the volume of her voice because we are a little hard of hearing, but had no problem hearing and understanding her. Dr. Beard was very pleasant and professional - he asked if we had any questions and answered them. My husband attended the visit with me and on the way out, we both commented to each other how pleased we were with our visit.

Dr. visit was great but central scheduling was supposed to call with the time of cardioversion but never called. Dr. Noticed name was not on list for procedure and contacted me the day of procedure.
