I felt quite confident that I was receiving the best care possible.

Not satisfied with the wait time for an exam, that might be critical to my well being. A nine week wait to me is too long, I will be contacting my provider.

An in-person office visit was needed-scheduled and the office canceled my appointment and gave me a phone appointment instead despite my communication regarding purpose for an office visit
